Strip Heaters (Ceramic Insulated)

Consist of a helically wound resistance coil evenly strung through specially designed ceramic insulators. The coil is mechanically connected to screw terminals or lead wires for a positive connection. Stainless steel rectangular tubing is used to house the heater assembly. All voids are densely packed with high purity magnesium oxide to increase thermal conductivity and dielectric strength. The maximum sheath temperature is up to 650ºC.
