The Frontier series can be used in single pass or recirculating applications for safely heating chemistries such as: EKC265, EKC8730, EKC270, ST28, ST26, ACT690C, MEK, NMP and IPA. Its construction consists of electropolished 316L stainless steel, PFA and PTFE wetted surfaces, and a fluid pathway through a patented circular tubing array. Fluid connections available include ½-inch (12mm), ¾-inch (19mm), 1-inch (25mm) tube stubs (or custom connections) and can accommodate flow rates up to 75 lpm at a pressure drop less than 5 psi. The heater’s temperature range is up to 180°C (356°F), and pressure range is up to 100 PSIG (689 kPa). Available heater voltages include 120-600V, single or three phase, and standard wattages are 3, 6, 9, 12, 18, 24, and 36 kW. Certification: UL 823, UL 499, CSA 22.2, and CE; rated for Class I, Division 2 hazardous locations.
The SHB and SHC Series systems are electric inline heaters designed to safely heat process chemistries through indirect contact instead of direct immersion. These heaters deliver superior temperature stability with changes in flow, and offer multiple temperature sensors to ensure safe operation. Available fluid Connections: 1/8” (3mm), 1/4” (6mm), 3/8” (9mm) or 1/2” (12mm); custom connections available. Temperature Range: Up to 180°C (356°F); pressure Range: Up to 200 PSIG (1379 kPa); Rating: 120-480V, single phase, 250-2000 watts; Certifications: CE, ETL (tested to UL 823, UL 499 and CSA C22.2). Rated for Class I, Division 2 hazardous locations.
Since 1965 Kuhlmann Electro-Heat has been producing electrical heating elements to both the national and international industrial sector.
Our main specialty is design and production of drum heaters, container heaters and industrial heating blankets, where our many years of experience makes us market leaders in surface heating with heating blankets and heating of drums and containers.
Through our years of experience we have gained unique skills in product development and are among the few Danish manufacturers able to offer customized solutions of our own production to our customers.
STA has been manufacturing and marketing centrifugal separators and complex systems for clarifying industrial fluids since 1992. Thanks to many decades of experience of various production procedures, such as grinding technology and surface treatment, as well as our know-how in filter technology, we have been able to gain the confidence of many renowned customers, e.g. Daimler Chrysler and Robert Bosch, where over 50 STA systems are installed.
Induction heating is a process which is used to bond, harden or soften metals or other conductive materials. For modern manufacturing processes, induction heating offers an attractive combination of speed, consistency, control and energy efficiency.
Using GH induction heating solutions means to improve the installation operation and maintenance, to avoid production stoppages, to reduce the energy consumption and to increase the parts quality control.
MAGNETO special anodes B.V. is the inventor and original manufacturer of inert Titanium based anodes with an active precious metal coating. During several decades we have gained lots of experience which we use every day to realise the optimal anode for each individual application.
